Dive 2: surveying a wreck.
Surveyed the wreck from bridge to funnel. The aim was to record depths
and distances (by counting
fin kicks). Not as easy as it looks to keep track of distance and draw
on slate. Also you definitely need
one of the large fold-out flat slates for this. My map looked like
the cubist version.
A yellow-striped leatherjacket came close to see what the fuss was about.
Slow ascent to 5 m, good long pause, swim to boat at 3m, surface.
